Our Most popular UltraFlex® Lycra slicker is lined with a layer of Polar fleece for multi season use. Great for cool fall and spring evenings or use as a winter hood if an insulated hood is too heavy and bulky. This Slinky is great for layer under a winter hood when temperatures reach below zero.
