While we take great care in the preparation & production of this website, occasionally errors in description & pricing may occur. In the event of a pricing error, the item(s) in question will be charged at correct price and we will contact you for approval prior to charging your credit card. Demand may exceed available stock; we reserve the right to limit quantities. Limited to stock on hand.

We reserve the right to add additional shipping charges for difficult to ship/large sized items or to remote locations. Customers will be notified before shipping if there is an additional charge. Customers are responsible for all related duties and taxes for shipments outside Canada.

All custom orders require a 50% downpayment before order is processed. The remaining 50% is due before shipping.

All custom work is final and not returnable unless defective workmanship is determined. Defective custom-made items will be repaired, not refunded. 

Customer is responsible for sizing accuracy and color choices ordered. Returns may be authorized by Brubacher's Harness for credit against future purchases or exchange, but will not be refunded.

There is an additional $10.00 ($15.00 for US and International orders) shipping and handling surcharge for saddles, already built in to your shopping cart.

Payment: We accept Visa and MasterCard, personal check , or by money order/cashier's cheque (must be received and cleared before order is shipped).

International Shipments: We ship worldwide. Shipping charges will vary with the weight of the a package and distance. We try to ship parcel post, whenever possible. As a general rule, Air shipments (4-7 days in transit) cost between US $4.00 and US $12.00 per pound, and Surface shipments (30-60 days in transit) cost about US $2.00 per pound. Certain countries have size restrictions on packages, and cannot be shipped via parcel post. In these cases we must use a courier service, and the cost can be considerably more. 

Product Warranties and Returns

Brubacher's Harness warranties all products against defects while being shipped. The purchaser is responsible for filing any claims with the shipping company if a product arrives damaged. Brubacher's Harness will assist the purchaser with any such claims if requested. In providing this assistance, Brubacher's Harness does not assume any responsibility.

An RMA number is a returned merchandise authorization number issued by Brubacher's Harness. It is the ONLY way to return merchandise. All goods returned to Brubacher's Harness must be accompanied by an RMA number.

How to get an RMA number 

Customer must provide Brubacher's Harness with a copy of the original invoice, the reason for return; and comply with the conditions listed below. Customer may call to request an RMA number at 1-519-669-2064  (within Canada call Toll-Free 1-866-669-2064) or e-mail us at
noah@brubachersharness.ca. An RMA number will be issued if Brubacher's Harness determines that the following conditions have been met:

  • Valid manufacturer's warranty is in effect; Item was found defective upon delivery and shipping agent was found not responsible for damage or defect; Customer pays return shipping costs. 

  • All returned items must be in their original packing.
